they still have tickets that they have held back....in the email, state that you had tickets in your cart that got dropped while waiting for the credit card confirmation to go through during the on sale last weekend.... state that you are very disappointed with the system and will now have to go through a secondary market provider such as eBay or stub hub and how mad you are....sign it disgruntled fan with your email and the current phone number linked to your TM account.... you will receive a phone call from a west virginia number where their call center is located and be offered tickets(they should have a few left)
