A lot of fun being had at this show. Unfortunately, most of it is missing on my recording. Which is a mighty fine recording.

Trey starts things off by mentioning they are going to "start with a nice song", before tearing into a high-energy Fire. McGrupp brings things back to planet Earth for a short while, before heading off again into a really extended jam. Shaggy Dog featured some nice interplay between Page and Trey, which would be demonstrated throughout the show as well.

Golgi was good, and the first half of Alumni really smoked. Page was really playing his heart out, before swinging into LTJP and a very short reprise. Fishman started up Peaches almost instantly, and really shined during that performance. Phase Dance closed off the set on a bit of a low note. Page was playing really well, and Trey was really trying, he just wasn't quite pulling it off.

Second set starts up with this gem of audience banter:
1: "Hey man, didn't you come with Joe? Where is he?"
2: "He's out back gettin' stoned... I think."

And then the musical intro for AC/DC Bag really kicks in. A solid Bag leads into a phenomenal segue to Timber (Jerry). Timber had a grand jam, and moments of it really kicked back to the jazzy stylings of Phase Dance.

Some more banter, as someone mentions that this place must love when they play here, it is never this packed. And the band heads into Flat Fee and Fee.

Possum comes up next, and the intro is really drawn out and played around with by Trey and Page. Up next is the first full Lizards on tape. Trey laughs during one of the verses, but otherwise nails it. There is a big extended jam in-between the two "woah woah" sections, and Treys solo on the end is beautiful as always.

The crowd follows that up by chanting for The Doors, and a few notes of L.A. Woman are actually played as well. But that quickly stops, and the band heads into the very first Fly Famous Mockingbird. Trey is really playing his guts out here, and the band is keeping right up with him. Unfortunately the tape fades out towards the end, but most is heard.

Highlight is between the Timber (Jerry) and The Lizards.

Lowlight is Phase Dance.
